Plans for logical infill development in Crockenhill unveiled by Bellway
Bellway Homes is consulting residents on plans to deliver new high-quality homes on Land South of Tylers Green Road, Crockenhill

Sevenoaks must facilitate the delivery of 17,460 homes across the entire district from now until 2042 through the Emerging Local Plan. At this time, Sevenoaks District Council cannot demonstrate a five-year housing land supply, and last year delivered only 25% of the homes it needed. As such, Bellway is proposing to build new homes in Crockenhill to help meet this need.
Bellway is an award-winning leading housebuilder, with its regional office based in Dartford. This year, Bellway completed construction for 60 high-quality homes in Highlands Grange, Swanley.
The Kent-based team is preparing plans for 152 family homes on land adjacent to Tylers Green Road. It is a sustainable location, with good links to Swanley Station, and a logical infill development in Crockenhill.
In addition to new homes, Bellway will seek to provide financial contributions to the National Health Service (NHS) and to Kent County Council’s education department, which will use these funds to enhance local facilities.
Bellway has been in dialogue with Sevenoaks District Council, which accepts that this site is defined as Grey Belt land. The project team is working with the planning department at Sevenoaks District Council to make sure this scheme complies with planning policies.
